How turnaround works

Right now 11-13 working days

The number can move up or down as the lab gets busier or quieter. A later change does not reset the turnaround on an order already booked in.

Pack your film securely and include your order number. Post it to our Leeds lab, bring it in or use one of our drop off options.

We develop and scan it

We’ll email when your order is booked in, then send your finished scans digitally when they’re ready. Prints and negatives follow the return option you selected.

Can I send a disposable camera?

Yes. If it’s a standard colour negative disposable camera, this is the correct developing service.

Which scan size should I choose?

Medium is our best all round choice for most people. Choose Low for smaller easy to share files, or High JPG and TIFF when you want more room for larger output or editing.

When does my turnaround start?

Your turnaround starts from the working day after we book your film into the lab. We’ll send an Order Received email when that happens. Delivery by a courier or Royal Mail does not by itself mean the order has been booked in.

Can I get my negatives back?

Yes. Choose the return or collection option that suits you when ordering, along with your preferred negative handling where available.

What happens if my film is blank?

If a roll is blank, you only pay for the developing and the scanning charge is refunded.

Can I get uncropped film borders?

Yes, for supported 35mm orders. Choose the uncropped border option above when it’s available.
