Standard Turnaround Times
Film Developing Orders
Please include your order number on/inside the parcel.
Completed Film orders will be shipped within 1 week of order being complete. During busy periods this can be take longer.
Merch / Film Purchases
Merch and film orders will be picked and despatched within 2-3 working days.
Ordered film developing and a new film together? The new film will be sent back with the negatives once the order has been complete.
Frequently Asked Questions
After placing your order, simply package up your film/s in a secure padded envelope along with your name and order number.
You can simply write your order on a piece of paper and include it in your parcel.
From there you can either post us your films, or drop them through our letterbox at:

No, turnaround times are based on business days only (Monday-Friday). Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.
Let’s really hope this never happens! But in the unfortunate case that it does, don’t worry, we’d never make you pay full price for this. We will happily refund the cost of the service, minus developing.
Once your files are delivered via Dropbox, we keep your files stored online for three months.
After three months these files are deleted, so make you sure move all folders out of our dropbox onto your own HD or storage!
We store physical orders / negatives at the lab for one month. These orders can be collected during weekdays while we are open. After one month these physical items will be destroyed in a GDPR compliant manner.
