Kodak Medium Format Workshop
In this workshop, we will be exploring the wonderful world of medium format photography, proudly sponsored by Kodak.
This is a great opportunity to get to grips with medium format cameras. If you have your own, please bring it along, if not, we will have a selection available for you to borrow.
We will begin by looking at examples of work made on medium format cameras and asking the question, “Why use medium format?”. From there, we will spend some time experimenting in our teaching space before heading out on a photo walk to make pictures.
We will then return to the lab, where Dan and Jake will process, scan, and print your film while you enjoy a lunch break.
After lunch, we will come together to celebrate the fruits of our labour by reviewing the results and handing out your prints.
The best part is that all medium format film and processing are provided. Just bring yourself, and your medium format camera if you have one.
Please note that this workshop requires a minimum number of participants to run. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the workshop up to seven days before the event.
Regrettably, access to our lab and teaching space involves several flights of stairs and is not suitable for those with mobility issues or wheelchair users. We are working on a solution, please bear with us.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
