Select and order the service you require
Once you've selected the service you need, add to the cart, and at checkout select the return postage option you require.
The email address used to purchase the film developing will be the one we send the dropbox link with your images to.
Once you've ordered you will receive a unique order number, this is the important part!
Pack up your order and include the order number
Please make sure to include your order number in the parcel when sending in your film. This can be as simple as a piece of paper or an old receipt with it written on.
Package up your films securely in a padded envelope. Please do not use a paper envelope, these have a tendency to rip in transit resulting in your film going missing! We recommend you using a jiffy / padded envelope.
If sending via Royal Mail, film needs to be sent as a 'Small Parcel', a film canister is too big to send as a letter or large letter. Anything that isn't a small parcel will result in your film being delayed and a fee to be paid before Royal Mail release it.
Get your scans and negatives back
Once your parcel arrives with us, we input your order into our online system, and you will receive an automated email to let you know your films are safe and sound with us.
When you've received this email, all you need to do is sit and relax! Once your order has been processed and scanned we send you an email with a Dropbox link. You can then download your images from there.
Please check your spam / promotions folder before getting in touch about not receiving your scans as our dropbox links have a tendency to end up there!
After your orders have been completed, they're packaged up ready to be posted back to you / collected. You should receive an email to say that your negatives have been shipped.
